IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Binh T. Tuong is appointed Acting Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility and the Client Security Board, effective immediately and ending upon the appointment of a new Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility and the Client Security Board.
