Use the form below to see if a Minnesota licensed lawyer has received public discipline, has been placed on disability inactive status in lieu of discipline or to see if a public discipline petition is pending. For additional information regarding licensed Minnesota lawyers, you can also visit the Minnesota Lawyer Registration Database Search. Any action taken by the Court regarding a lawyer’s license will be reflected in information searches the next business day.
Pursuant to Rule 20, Rules on Lawyers Professional Responsibility (RLPR), only information relating to public matters pending in the Supreme Court and public matters decided by the Supreme Court is available to the public. Information relating to private discipline, dismissed complaints and pending complaints is not available to the public except as authorized by Rule 20, RLPR. To find information relating to a pending public matter, visit the court’s website at www.mncourts.gov, and click on Access Case Records. Use the case number provided to search appellate court records.
