The Minnesota Supreme Court recently issued a 60-day stayed suspension with two years’ probation for attorney Carrie L.B. Klamecki Hendricks of Anoka. The discipline was imposed after the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility filed a petition for disciplinary action against Klamecki Hendricks. A copy of the Court’s decision is attached.
