ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
- Derek H. Goodman and Darrin M. Rosha, nominees of the Minnesota State Bar Association, are appointed as attorney members of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board, each for a 3-year term effective February 1, 2026, and expiring on January 31, 2029.
- Brigette Gay and Calista Moxey are appointed as public members of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board, each for a 3-year term effective February 1, 2026, and expiring on January 31, 2029.
- Kevin Magnuson, Melissa Manderscheid, and Matthew Ralston are reappointed as attorney members of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board, each for a 3-year term effective February 1, 2026, and expiring on January 31, 2029.
- Sharon H. Van Leer and Francis Leo are re-appointed as public members of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board, each for a 3-year term effective February 1, 2026, and expiring on January 31, 2029.
- The term of Carol R. Washington to serve as an attorney member of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board, is extended through April 30, 2026, until she assumes her appointment as chair of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board, effective May 1, 2026.
